In short
Public pages can be read without an account. An optional account gives you the explorer, your app lists and the option to connect an AI assistant. Analytics run without cookies, and the website only sets cookies it needs to work. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Technical data
To serve pages and protect the website against abuse, our host Cloudflare processes technical connection data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser. Part of it is kept in technical logs for a limited time, to diagnose errors.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the website. As Cloudflare is based in the United States, this data may be transferred there, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami Cloud, an analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not track visitors from one site to another. It records the page viewed, the referring page, the country, and the device and browser type; the IP address is not kept. These anonymous statistics are used only to learn which pages are useful.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website.
Account
If you create an account, we keep your name, your email address and, if you choose one, your password in an encrypted, irreversible form. With Google sign-in, Google sends us your name and email address. We also record your sign-in sessions, your API key, the assistants you have authorized, the credits used each month, and the app lists and notes you create.
Sign-in and confirmation emails are sent through Cloudflare's email service. A session cookie, set by auth.victoire.dev, keeps you signed in: it is necessary for the account and does not require consent.
Legal basis: providing the service you request. This data is kept as long as the account exists. You can delete the account at any time from its settings: everything is then erased.
Searches
The words typed into search, niches and keywords are used only to query our database. They appear in the page address and are not linked to any person.
Content loaded from Apple
App icons, screenshots and videos are loaded directly from Apple's servers. As with any image, your browser then sends them your IP address. The processing of this data falls under Apple's privacy policy.
Storage in your browser
The website remembers each page's scroll position in your browser's session storage, to bring you back to it when you go back. This information is erased when the tab is closed.
In the explorer, your browser's local storage also keeps the country and the theme (light or dark) you chose, so they are there on your next visit.
This information stays on your device. It is not a cookie and no consent is required.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
